Our UK team were chosen by a software company listed on the Australian stock exchange (ASX) to be their European partner. The objective was to help take their new package of cyber security software into the UK and European markets. At the time the company was looking to set up both in the US and in Europe.  One of the founders moved to the US to lead that initiative. They needed a partner to help them create a presence initially in the UK and then in key markets across Europe.

Within a month we were able to provide them with a complete presence in the UK. We provided them with a London office, registered their company, their .co.uk and .eu domains and built them an online European presence.

We handpicked a team that included:

  • Local manager (with several years experience in managing business units and teams)
  • Business development team (with experience spanning managed service providers, telcos, ISPs, network security, MNCs)
  • Project Manager
  • Technical Pre Sales (a cyber security expert who was able to present the technology, application and implementation processes to CTOs, CISOs and network engineers at every level)

We then set about helping them position their product set and company in the European market. Highlights included representing them at the first IP CyberSecurity Expo at London’s Excel centre (with 34 qualified leads), introducing them to communications providers in Germany and the Netherlands and getting them included in a leading global telco’s Product Innovation programme.
